HOW DO I GET MY DESIGNS?
Once your payment is confirmed by paypal your designs will be emailed to you. Please be sure to include your format preference and your email address when ordering through paypal. Every effort is made to email your designs to you within 48 hours. We do not have instant download capability at this time.
CAN I USE THE DESIGNS THAT I PURCHASE ON ITEMS THAT I SELL?
Yes. You may use the designs on items that you embroider for yourself and others and items that you intend to sell. You may not sell the design itself or share it with anyone.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept PayPal at the present time. Special arrangements can be made using money orders. Please contact us through the contact tab to arrange for special payment arrangements.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES?
Garments are not available to be shipped outside of the continental U.S.
All embroidery designs can be emailed anywhere.
How do I get my design order? TOP
Now available for automatic download. Once we have received confirmation of your PayPal payment you will be redirected to the link to automatically download your designs. If you wish to have them emailed to you please leave instructions with your PayPal payment and we will gladly do this for you. If you prefer to have them snail mailed on CD to you please add $4.00 for postage and handling for your entire order and all of your designs will be sent on one disk. Please make a note in your PayPal order that you wish to have them mailed on CD. Each dowload comes with all of the available formats for that design. How do I find prices for garments and blanks? Refund Policy
We have a 30 day refund policy for all durable products and garments excluding shipping charges. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to the nature of the electronic products of digitizing and embroidery designs a refund is not possible as the product cannot be returned. All items are guaranteed to stitch out. If your design does not download properly from your emailed files the design will be provided to you via mail on a CD. If you purchase a CD and it is defective it will be replace up return of the original CD. Please contact us if you have any trouble downloading your purchased designs from your email.

All designs are sent in pes,DST,hus,exp,pcs,xxx,vip,hsv, and jef when available based upon design size compatability with the format and zipped into one file per design. What if I can't upload the design I want to purchase? TOP
Occationally designs that are uploaded have a delay in the download link connection. If you are having trouble getting the design download access please send us a note via the contact us button. Thank you for your purchases. |
