All artwork submitted for digitizing must be accompanied by a signed authorization for usage.  The liability for authorization of artwork use lies solely on the purchaser of the digitizing service.  All rights to the digitized files remain with Heav'n Sent Creations and are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be given or sold to another embroiderer or company without the permission of Heav'n Sent Creations.
